If you’re struggling to cope then you should contact your GP as soon as possible.
Alternatively you can contact any of the following for support, advice or a listening ear.

NHS 24
NHS 24 is a NHS operated call center that provides people with health advice (both physical and mental) and help over the phone when your usual GP services aren’t available. NHS 24 can also make referrals to crisis support and other mental health professionals outwith normal GP practice working hours.

Samaritans
Free confidential emotional support for anyone struggling.
The service is available 24 hours a day, seven days a week.

Breathing Space
Free, confidential phone line for anyone experiencing low mood or depression, or who is unusually worried and in need of someone to talk to.
